modding takes patience lol
I have plenty of modding in my vains so this mod is to help the car. We all keep coming back to the brake issues with these car. The shuddering or warping and so when i do swap out the OEM stuff i am hoping to not come back to this topic. Only to help some one else cure there problem...LOL
Just remove the belly and you should be able to get to them...
the foglight bezels look good painted!!!
Oh it's not just these cars. It's every dodge I've ever owned. I have a 2003 Ram 1500 and it's had three sets of front rotors in its' 90K mile life. First set was 2 weeks after I bought it with 11K on the clock. My 98 Durango went through them almost yearly. The 97 Dakota At 150K miles has three sets. And I suspect my Mag will have a new set shortly. Brakes are the weakest point of any Dodge IMO.
I did find that the cryo treated rotors have lasted the longest on my RAM, it also brakes amazingly well, far better than stock. Of course I also went back to semi metallic pads. I will never, ever, buy another set of ceramic pads in my life time, they were the biggest waste of money.
