My two contributions:

Moving the licence plate:

Its fitted with double sided tape, been there for three years, no problems at all.


Leds under headlights:

You need two 48cm leds and then you will have to cut some leds off (just measure). They are wired in pairs of three, so you will have to cut them in groups of three. If you cut one led, the two next to it will stop working etc.
I think i had to cut 6 or 9 leds.
Then glue the stripes to either the headlamp, as i did, or to the car.
I connected mine to the parking lights or whatever its called (first position on the knob). And since i have switched my turn signal bulbs to led ones, the headlight is completely dark (the led bulbs only work as turn signals, not as park lights).

gas cap dangler relocate: free (just pop it out and hang it on the door so you don't have to lay it on your paint when filling up)
window tint (about a buck a foot for consumers)
backed out interior door handles (about a dollar using 1" vinyl striping)
color matched bezels (cost of paint and some sand paper)
painted calipers (cost of paint... I used Krylon 3 years ago and it's still fine)
custom engine cover (creativity is key. I have had great results with all types of paints... vinyl does not last under this heat.)
fuse 17 delete (free... well plus the cost of tires)
