Thumbs up Dealership fixes (including E14 transmission recall and DRL).

My Magnum is back from the dealership. The only thing they couldn't get to was the right pull cradle adjust issue. That one we will save for next time.

    Here is what they did:

Dash bubble - Replaced dash. (Great job on this. New one needs some cleaning and the glass has some excess glue but that will come off with Goo Gone).

Wiper setting #2 issue - Replaced wiper switch and clockspring. (I have not tested this one yet).

Engine cowling was not clipped all the way down and one rivet no good - Checked cowl and replaced rivet.

Airbox locking tab has a broken leg - Replaced air box assembly.

Weatherstrip on door torn - Replaced LR door mounted weatherstrip.

E14 Factory Recall for 42RLE - Completed recall. (Interesting that there are 2 part numbers on my copy of the paperwork CBP1E140 (Cup Bracket Plug) and 5013458-AA (FLUID TRA) which I assume is transmission fluid. Does this mean they changed out my transmission fluid? That would be cool. Although under quantity it only shows 1.

Exhaust vibrates in the morning against plastic skirting - No problem found. (The rear plastic skirting seems a bit loose but that this is normal).

Please activate DRL's. See sheet attached (I attached a copy of the Starscan 6.03 list of fixes which includes DRL's). - Activated DRL's. (Wonderful. Finally. Thanks to this great site and even greater members).

Oil leak from rear of vehicle - Checked for leaks, no leaks found. (I was back from a long trip when I noticed oil in my driveway. I'm sure it was just excess diff. fluid that came out the vent. Some say they overfilled it a bit at the factory).

That's it. Sorry this is so long but I thought it might be beneficial to others taking theirs in for warranty work.

they had to remove the trans pan to do the recall. so they changed at least 4 qts.

Right on! I'll take a fresh batch of transmission fluid.
