    in car cleaner

What is a good cleaner that I can use inside my car such as the dash? I need an off the shelf product since I want to do this tonight. Ive heard from many that armor all is the worst to use in the magnum. Any suggestions?

    thanks

For actual cleaning....."Mr. Clean Magic Eraser" is awesome for cleaning marks off all the plastic and leather.
    Swiffer duster for the dusting.

For over the counter Mothers Interior Protectant. It works great and is simple to apply.

Sorry, but personally I would not LET my Wife clean any part of my car!!
She is really good at breaking stuff: Many ceramic tiles on the edge of the counter with the vacuum cleaner handle, the vacuum cleaner, rips the handles off microwave ovens, just about anything!! Scouring powder on a brand new Price Pfister kitchen faucet, bright chrome before, now "brushed" finish!! When I come home from a trip of a night or two, lots of stuff is always broken: The kitchen phone: Plug it back in!!
The shut off toilet: remove lid, untagle chain to flapper. The washer and dryer: turn the power strip back on, it goes on and on, never ends!!
I would for sure loose the rear view mirror, have bleach spots on the leather and carpet, and probably numerous things slammed in between the door and the car in the process. Sorry, Honey!! Hands off!!
Oh, damp towel, leather conditioner, standard stuff to answer the question.
No solution of any kind on the dash!!

The Chrysler product called "TOTAL CLEAN" by MOPAR all purpose cleaner with a Micro Fiber towel You, Wife, Girl Friend this stuff works GREAT. It is recommended by Chrysler on the hanging tag on the leather seats. I use it on everything including the leather, it smells like "new car" its sometimes difficult to get at the dealer but worth it. I have used it on the leather since the car was new and it easily takes off any of that dirt. Also use it on my wifes Eddie Bauer Explorer on the 2 tone leather works great.

Wipe with damp towel. Keeps dust off and does not dry out dash surface.

VINYLEX!!! This stuff is amazing. I was in Pepboys the other day looking for something for the plastic and picked this up. I too hate the greasy/shiny look. This stuff cleans VERY well and will leave anything you put it on looking brand spanking new, and dry. Trust me on this one, pick up a bottle and you'll be happy. I think it was like $8.00 for the small one.

Dont think you should use it on the leather though. I have some stuff for that too that does pretty much the same thing.
