    Blue windshield

    I've heard mention of a blueish windshield. Anyone have any info/pics/cost?

    That looks really cool.....seems like it would be classified as tint on the windshield and illegal pretty much everywhere.

    They want $700 for the coating :( (and may not be legal)
    Man I really wanted that

    For the coating or for a windshield??? I don't see how they can sell just the coating, it's bonded to the glass similarly to a Low-E coating, no?

    I can see how it might not be legal, but that sucks

    ^^^^^ Dude, I haven't seen you sin Sac, but I "think" I may remember reading about it. I just wasn't sure if it was you. In your pic the shield looks like it has a blueish tint, while the others are MUCH bluer. Which is a truer rep? Any problems from the law???

    None so far (fingers crossed) but it is not a coating or tint it is nano technology built into the windshield.

    The depth of blue and darkness depends on the angled viewed. From the inside its like having on polarized sun glasses, plus it reduces the heat coming in so its a "win win" so to speak.
