    AWD body rolled cured!

Found a VERY cheap way to cure the body roll problem in the AWD RT's. I found out by bracing myself differently while cornering it affects the way the car handles. Your left foot has a pad to push on, brace yourself hard on that side. Here's the tricky part, use the small pedal on the right to brace your right foot. Make sure the pedal is between your foot and the floor board. Seems to level the car right up.

Sorry had to do it, It does seem to handle better under power but I think that sway bars may be in store for mine. Haven't convinced the wife, or the checkbook, that the kw's are needed.

I had to read that "right pedal" thing a couple time before I finally got it... floor the gas pedal!!! Just make sure you do it at the right time!

I haven't heard of any sway bars available for the AWD. I talked to Hotchkiss and they said they are currently looking into it.

gn, I'd call the handling adequate stock not bad but the body roll annoys the hell out of me. I don't think my Ram body rolls as bad, I feel like I'm back in my '79 Regal when cornering the mag hard. hops, please report back on how much your kw v2's lower your car. I'm pretty relectant to lower mine as it has touched the frame under the transfer case a couple times and I don't want that to get worse!
