    5:00 am magnum encounter

Pulled in the parking lot at work yesterday at 5:00 am.

Spotted a blue magnum out front. Met a stranger coming out heading
    towards it.

    "your magnum?"

Yup, love it (full of cleaningstuff, hoses etc) Chemical supplier.

2.7 though, underpowered ,next time i'll pay the difference for an upgrade(company car).

Said He really liked it but it was hard to parellel park in the city.

    Anyone else find this?

I agree. I drive a semi with a 53' trailer and have for 18 years, and I have a terrible time parallel parking my magnum. I live all day by my mirrors which are great on my truck, but the magnums are too small and too close to the windows with a body that extends out a ways behond the window. Guess I need to get tricky with some cameras under the body near the right side tires. lol

I'm always a bit nervous parking against a curb with the 22's. Too close & I believe I could be able to feel my wallet being extracted through my a**hole....

I too have a terrible time judging how close I am. I'm usually so cautious now, that I end up being at least a foot away from the curb. Better safe than sorry!

I am very, very cautious when it comes to curves....don't want to rub out and get a rash on the 20's! I actually find it harder to parallel park the Maggy, especially judging distances from my rear bumper! I usually have 3 or 4 ft of space, but I think I only have a 1/2 ft left! I find parallel parking my RAM 3500 Quad Cab 4x4 easier....much nicer mirrors.

The Maggy needs a BMW feature, as soon as you shift into reverse....the passenger side mirrors drops down so you have a nice view of the curb and rear wheel....eliminates that curb rash!

    300 Feature

THE 300 SRT8 THEY SENT ME HOME IN THE OTHER DAY DID THE MIRROR THING. WHY DIDNT OUR MAGGIES GET IT?
