08 Chrysler 300C door panels swapped into a 06 Mag SRT

First off let me just start by saying that this is not as easy as just swapping the door panels. If anyone else is interested in doing this, you better get the door lever rods, the metal mounting bars that the door pull screws into and all the push pin clips, along with the door panels and whatever other interior goodies that you want. Like the door sills "B" pillar covers and so on.

    Now for some pics.

    Steering wheel

Looks great!!! Are you going to do anything with the lower dash panels? Where did you find the door panels? Price of new ones is ridiculous!
Steering wheel inserts look good too.

I have the lower dash piece from the driver's side and the glove box out of the 08 300C as well. I just have to figure out a wat to do a parking brake release, because in the 08's you push the parking brake pedal once to set the brake and when you press the pedal a second time, it releases. In the 06's there is a hadle located in the lower dash that you pull to release the parking brake. I also have to find some paint that matches the dark gray, so I can paint the small portion of dash on the passenger side between the glove box and the door.

I got the door panels, mounting brackets, door handle rods, front and rear door sills and "B" pillar covers, driver's side lower dash and the glove box from a buddy that owns a tow yard. They had an 08 300C that was hit hard in the right front on their lot and the owner only had liability insurance on it and failed to pay the tow and storage fees, so the owner signed the title over to my buddy. He was getting ready to sell it to a parts dismantler and I asked if I could have the interior pieces and he said as long as you leave the seats and the radio, take what you want from the inside. So I did.

I'm really enjoying the padded arm rests that the 08 door panels have, that is the main reason that I did the swap, that and the dark gray panels look AWESOME!!!! I think that the LX platform cars should have always had padded arm rests in the doors. My .02 worth.

    That looks awesome!

In response to the parking brake. The new style (Push to Release) should be swappable into your ride. Check with FNKY, but I'm pretty sure I've heard him say that they bolt right in.

Thanks guys. I took a look at the parking brake in the 08 and it looked like it would bolt right up, but there was something different about it and I was running out of time, so I didn't grab it and the car was infested with ants, so crawling around in the floorboards wasn't really an option. Atleast not without a can of ant spray, which I didn't have.

I'll see about pulling the panels in the next couple of weeks and getting pics of the items needed and see about finding some part numbers.

Looks great but on the 08-10 door panels where did they relocate the memory driver seat button? I don't see it in it's usual place on the lower half of the door near the speaker.

The 300 I got these out of didn't have memory seats, from what I recall.
