    $5K+ in damages

The driver backed out of a driveway, and across the entire 2-way street...(he was driving a larger truck, one of the bigger landscaping style trucks you see around (not a pickup)...and smacked into my parked car (no one was hurt).

He couldn't explain (poor english) exactly what happened, but I guess he was going too fast and picked up addition speed out of the driveway (you know, those driveway inclines can really speed you up). He did however stick around, had a DL and was insured, well his company did as he was on the clock.

That should buff out with some rubbing compound, right? j/k

That really sucks. I was cringing looking at those pictures. I sincerely hope you can get it fixed in a timely manner. It is also good the driver stood by and did not run off.

The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.

That sucks but they can fix it up and you will never know the difference. Police report or no, if so make sure they pay you for the report that will show up on carfax?

    Nothing that a little duct-tape wouldn't fix.

    And you'd be in jail.

    No car is worth that.
