Got a new (to me) 07 300C. Is it supposed to whine a little?

It's not real loud, and I know the hemi's are noisy (I have an 06 Mag R/T but it doesn't make this noise). The 300 has a whine that is in sync with the RPM and occurs in park and while driving. Most noticeable during accel.

My first thought was power steering pump but seems kinda weird since car not that old and I don't remember reading about that being a problem on these cars.
