    Dude,
I have a 20" wheel with 275/45-20 and a total diameter of 29.7", it took a lot to get that tire to fit. If your tire sizes are as big as mine, they will not fit without modification.

If they are bigger than mine by even 1/2", I guarantee you that they will not fit withhout extensive modification to the suspension.

Next problem, my 275 on a 9" rim with 15 offset barely cleared on the inside. With the wider tires and rims you are contemplating you may have all kinds of rub problems, inside, and fenders.

My suggestion? Don't buy on line! Go to a shop where you can try all these sizes out before buying.

we've run the 265/35/22 on as big as a 22x10 and it worked, but you could go with a 285/35/22 in the back. We are currently running a 255/30/22 because of the bag setup on a 22x8.5, after SEMA I think we are going to a 22x9.5 in the rear with a 295/30/22

    Is the man.
I'm running the 265/35/22 Pirelli and it's the
best all around tire. The ride is good and you have some rubber to the road.

Ditto on the 265/35/22. If you aren't ready to modify the arms up front, that's all you can do on a 9-9.5" rim (with an offset that keeps the tire tucked under the fender. My dealer tried a bunch of combos and that's the biggest that works (based on what was out a few months ago anyway).

    Good luck!

I thought the 255/30/22 would fit under the fenders better than the 265/35/22?

A smaller tire like that will surely fit better. I had a pretty bad rub (popped the front fender) when I got in a turn/pot hole combo, so you may want to be a little more conservative depending on your driving environment. As with most custom stuff, you just have to watch it. I once owned a truck I slammed so low, I could roll a coke bottle across a level lot.

Pirelli 265/35/22s works good for my 22x9.5's. I would say near perfect:

    Ditto!! Pirelli builds great tires!!

What make, model, and where did you buy the wheels?? Yours are the first that I have seen online that I may like better than my Status Messiah 22x9.5!!

Why did you choose 22x9.5?? I haven't found a Spec Sheet that lists Rim Sizes for the 265/35R22!!
