that cam has been in there for 20,000 miles with no problem. Idle was at 500-550rpm. Runs really rich at idle and about 11.3 at wot. All I did in the video was change the heads and intake.

rich and misfire. Sometimes multiple cylinder misfire shows up. I will fix the rich issue with the psc1-003 that should be here soon.
I believe those misfires will cause the CPU to pull timing............
I think you'll find the larger head with the larger plenum will want to make power further up the RPM band.............further enhanced by the fact you may have a narrow LSA thus a fat overlap.
That overlap might cause the MAP to see less vacumm thus add fuel...............thus why you may be running a bit fat
A narrow LSA with less over lap should help that combo out, bring torque back down, lean out the combo and make more power across the entire curve.
But its only a guess...........
I have a psc1-003 on its way to tune the motor to get rid of the rich issue. I like the wider lsa. With a scanner hooked up, no timing was being pulled. I really only get the misfire when I let it idle in the mornig to heat up inside the cab. If it sits at idle for too long it throws the code. With this cam, I have dynoed with more tq than ay other NA truck that I know of with the exception of one who has alot more mods than me. I had 350+ rwtq with headers and a 218 cam and that was it.
I dont mind loosing a little torque down low as I am getting a 3200 stall in a couple of weeks. Then when the tranny breaks, Im going to a 2500 manual tranny pcm and a 6 speed manual.
