PM GoDaddy. I know he disconnected his. Is it necessary though if you disable it thru the B&G?? Or do you have to do both?? Think he's got pictures on Chargerforums.***

found it....here is the part numbers for the lifters and the plugs.

    plugs - 53032221 - AA PLUG CYLI 9003018
    lifters/tappet - 53021720 - AB TAPPET HY

be very careful... we had one break during install. it was a 90 degree turn and the damn thing just broke off on one of them. oh, obviously there are 4 needed but i thought i would say it anyways.

hey tony the more i think about it....i think there was a hold down bolt and then you had to twist the solenoids out with a 90 degree turn.

man, my memory is failing me. i got you the part number today i will get you more info tomorrow. i will call my bud and have him refresh my memory. i learned more in that install than i ever thought i would. we did the heads, and 268 cam and then decided at the last second to pull the block and install the torque converter. it was a great guy weekend....i will call him. my parts are still sitting over at his house. lifters, solenoids, old heads, old verter......

    why do you need plugs?

the MDS does fine when acting normal.............all we are doing is tuning off the ability to collapes the lifter.............

In fact, if we didn't want the hassle of changing the lifter, we could actually leave in the MDS lifter...........but we rather the wieght savings.

So how did this PLUG thing ever become an issue?
