My Magnum 1 month after delivery. What do you think?

First I want to thank member name Calabahn for hooking me up so my pics can be posted here.

These are pics of my Magnum. I took delivery last month. Its been lowered 2 inches with Mopar springs, Aeroturbine exhaust, 20inch wheels. I will soon be adding headers, intake and debadging.

    Just a few different angles.

    Thanks.

I love the sound of them except for two things...one is the drone. The other is this flutter sound that they make. Sounds like a baseball card fluttering in the exhaust.

Seems to be a common theme with the LXs. Seems like headers will help that since you get more air coming through.

I love the wheels. Are they Coys or KMC SS's? They are both very similar.

    Cluv I'm running 255/45/20

Blakealden they are the Coys C5's. I will tell you that they are terrible to deal with. Terrible customer service!! Product came to me pitted and they wanted me to pay for S&H back to them. I just ate it and will rechrome them at a later time. The wheels are poorly made also. Very sharp rough edges.

Recalled? Where did you hear or see that? The reason I ask is because the Magnum is lower on the passenger side than the drivers by 1/2inch.

From Ted @ MPSC dated 3-11-05,

"We have received confirmation FROM Mopar Performance division regarding the Mopar LX lowering springs and the Dodge Magnums. They state that the springs will fit the Magnum, however they do not cosmetically look correct. It is advised to not install these springs on the Dodge Magnums. Just thought we would relay this information to any of you who may be considering this as an option for your vehicle. We have iniated our own recall on sets we have sold to Magnum owners, this is not a Mopar recall, this is something we are doing for our customers only."

I thought it was a total recall, but just those from MPSC.

    Nice rims!!!!!

Those are 20's? Normally I think 20's make a car look like there's too much rim. Kinda of like a little hot wheels car. You're sporting the 1st tire/wheel combination that I really, really like.

I'm sorry to hear that the quality of the wheels is not great. I really like the looks of them, and their price seems pretty reasonable. Anyone else have quality issues with Coys? Are they manufacturing their own knock-off of a major manufacturer's style? Inquiring minds want to know!

Is there any rubbing of the tires after you lowered it with the 20's?
