Installed SRT8 Exhausts on Magnum R/T, One Problem

Now I get terrible gas mileage because I can't quit smashing the gas to hear that rumble I want to thank MoPOWer-349 (AKA Shane) for selling me his Charger SRT8 OEM catback today. He met me half way with the exhausts at Travis AFB which was about a 140 mile round trip for him from Nor Cal area and myself from Tracy area. I installed them this afternoon and deleted the resonators. I can't believe the sound and perfomance I'm getting from a $355 investment. $100 exhausts, $35 to help Shane out with gas, $220 for tips, reso delete, and install. Cool part was that I was able to fit this entire catback system in the magnum and still shut the hatch, got to love our mags. I took it to a local muffler shop, Zamudio's Mufflers in Tracy, CA, today and had them remove the resonators from SRT8 exhausts and replace back section with 4" stainless steel tips that have rolled edges. They charged me $220 for the entire install and the new tips. I was impressed, they even welded me up some new brackets to ensure everything was snug. So I got a fully upgraded catback exhaust installed for $355. See below for pics, hope you enjoy: I tried to insert the pic url's and it wouldn't let me because I haven't posted 5 times yet on LX forums so I had to do it the hard way below.

Nice to meet you Brock--glad I could help out a fellow LX'er. You certainly made quick work of the install.

Happen to keep the SRT8 resonators? I have been looking for just a pair of resonators for a custom exhaust project idea for my Magnum SRT8. I am actually in Northern California as well .... Chico.

The exhaust shop still has them but if you want them then I can swing by and grab them. I'll send you a PM.
