They don't look really different to me in appearance (unlit). For me to tell if the 300C has HID is to note the headlamp washers on the bumper.

If you look here, you will see two different types of lights...Originally Posted by jwc553911

The only way to tell if they are unlit is the headlight washer on the bumper. Unlit they look the same!

No they don't. CHECK my link above. One is a full 'retangular' housing while the other has contours of the bumper cover.Originally Posted by Greeneyej
Yeah, the C's have a round-ish curv on the bottom, under the low beam. The non Hemi models have the 'brick' headlight, without the curv and projector beams.

All V6 models have this halogen only headlamp:

Hopefully that link will work, but those are the HIDs
Edit: Sorry, dont know how to post pics yet :(
Still A Fan
The "C" is available with HID or halogen. They both have the "projector" housing. The HID lights have the little washer jets on the bumper. Otherwise they look the same ..... until you turn them on!

Anyhow, this is the C headlight:
And another of a V6 model
Also, please note, "Projector" is the type of fixture the light is emitted from. The V6 300's have regular reflector designs, while the little "glowing ball" light on the 300C is a projector.

You are right, and that is my point. On the "C", even WITHOUT HID, the halogens are in a projector lens. The V6 models are a "regular" halogen lens. The way to tell which lights a "C" has is by the washer jets on the bumper. HID has the washer, halogen does not. But they both (C only) have the projector lens. Still think I'm wrong? Go to the dealer and look.
Nope, you're very right.Originally Posted by C4me

I love my HID headlights the whole look is different- the turn signals are in the headlamps them selves- in the regular lights they are on the bottom ?
In the sun light the HID light emit more shine. Even when off--
tell your wife they are "prettier" FROM a womans point of view.. :D
Mrs C
The regular lights have the parking/turn lights under the high/low beam. On the C, the area that is the parking lights on the V6 models is bumper, not part of teh headlight.Originally Posted by Mrs C
