    "Controller" what is it?

    Whats up guys,

As many of you know for awhile now Ive had throttle problems and feel my car isnt as aggressive as it should be. Today I went to a dealership to see a tech that is supposed to be "the man". Its a little distance away, but ive tried all 3 dealers in my area with no fix..........

The tech pulled the car in, and immediately said he didnt like the response in the throttle just pulling it in, and didnt like the idle surge either........

after hooking it up for some tests, he said I need a new controller, that it was reading errors, etc.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the controller is?

    pcm or tcm maybe?
the CM stands for control module... p is.. performance?(maybe?) but the T is transmission.

we have one of each in these cars, and teh communicate with each other and are the brains of the car. when you use a predator, it rewrites the mapping on the PCM

im thinking PCM from the description, but did he try flashing it first? PCM's are cheap, like 180 bucks or so because theyre generic, and have no programming from the get go.
