blastin' bob's daytona exhaust *SOUND CLIP*

i have to say... i absolutely love it. quiet when you want it to be, no drone, but plenty loud when you get on the gas. $233 delivered + $42 install for a total of $275. i do not have a single complaint... this kit rocks!!

    here's the clip:

normal acceleration:(if you are trying to use normal computer speakers you won't hear much... it's mainly bass, so you need good speakers to hear it)

Did you go with the glasspack setup or the magnaflow muffler setup, I take it is one of the resonated setups? Also did you notice any performance improvements? Love the sound, looking for something on the cheaper side myself (can't justify spending $600-1200 on a cat back system) that can pass the wifey test.

it is the glasspack set up... i talked to blastin' bob himself and he actually recommended that one over the magnaflow system. i am really happy w/ the results, although i haven't heard the magnaflow in person.

as far as gains go, it is a little easier to break traction now, even with ESP on, but that could be solely b/c this system weighs less than half of what the old resos weighed. these are only 13 lbs a piece.

tis not a rumor, any packed muffler has the possibility of losing it's packing over time. Even Magnaflows with their mesh protecting the packing come in to the shop empty.

IMCO, formerly ALLIED MFG. High quality, heavy, all aluminized, never had a problem with them. Not sure about your last question. Flowmasters are chambered and non packed. It would be a difficult install for flowmasters in the rear because of the length.

Alright SolidOrange, based on your raving review of this kit, I ordered a set from Bob this morning for my 07 Charger R/T R&T. They will be installed to accompany an AFE Stage II and Superchip Flashpaq (are you running either or both?). Hopefully, all will go well and I'll be happy with the sound and performance. NO DRONE... I hope! I have my fingers crossed.

sorry i have been gone so long guys... had to go to FL for a week to be the best man at a friends wedding.

i am running a superchip flashpaq and stock daytona intake, and there really is no drone. 10 hours at 79 mph and the air conditioning was louder than the exhaust the whole time i had cruise control on. lay into it and whoever is driving next to you will definitely be turning their head though.
