Who can EXPLAIN to me the technology behind how this system works? It is pretty fascinating how well it works.
Thanks in advance,

Infared sensor on wind shield"sees" the moisture and activates wipers accordingly. Extra charge when you bust a windshild. It is pretty cool though
Drive INTO your favorite gas station, leave your key on to hear music through your open window and try to wash your windshield. If your wipers are on auto you will get a shock when the washer thing hits the sensor. Hint : it is the top center of the windshield!
Holy crap......this exact thing happened to me, much to the delight of my wife & son. They thought it was funnier than hell... :oops:Originally posted by: C4me

And anyone that doesn't admit to it is a dirty rotten stinking .... uhm, er .... is lucky!
It's too bad nobody at Chrysler thought to have it deactivate when the car is in Neutral. Seems like a pretty simple solution they should have thought of.Holy crap......this exact thing happened to me, much to the delight of my wife & son. They thought it was funnier than hell...
