anyone got brake squeal?

just hit about 13 grand on my daytona and the brakes are starting to squeal when pressure is applied.....common issue? or bad rotors....no vibration so I am thinking the rotors are still ok.....doenst sound like the pads are worn either,,,,its more of an annoying squeal....also these stock pads dust like crazy......

any ideas???

Mine just started that at around 45k. We took the rear pads off and beveled them. That seemed to eliminate most of it.

I have a very soft squeek, not really a squeal, under light braking. It is barely noticable but, of course, I notice it. I will have it checked out next time it is in for service but it's not bothersome at this point. btw, I have about 17,5000 on the odo.

I have squeal issues that I can't fix. It started when I had about 45k on the stock pads. When I took them apart they didn't even need to be replaced but did it anywa with quietstops. That lasted about 2500 miles and then they started to squeal. Then I bought the Hawk's thinking that should solve it, nope same thing after about 2k. Then I took them back apart and coated the crap out of the pads with that red no-squeal crap. That lasted about 2k miles and I'm squealing again. I've given up for now, unless some one has some great ideas....
