All warning lights popped on during hard braking

I made a last second decision to brake harder than normal at an intersection and all the lights on the dash illuminated. They only lasted a second but it appeared to be all that light up when you turn your key to start the car. Has not happened in the 5 miles since.
I'm at almost 37,000 miles and will be going tomorrow for an oil change but am about 7,000 past due. Not sure if there is any connection.
Any ideas?

You know, I have had that happen intermittently since I bought the car. There seems to be no rhyme or time to it; it can happen while cruising, while cornering, while braking or accelerating. I have yet to take it to the dealer; if it is not doing it while they have it, they will come back with "no trouble found."

Yikes! Get that O/C done! When my car is tempermental about the amount of oil in it or the condition sometimes I get a light and the car shuts down but I am not sure if it is related. Hmmmm

7,000 miles over oil change. Have you checked the dipstick? Could be low. Or it could be Hal giving you a dopeslap!

Yes, I have an idea. You are low on oil. Hit the brakes real hard and the oil rushes to the front of the oil pan, leaving the oil pump pickup high and dry, resulting in zero oil pressure. Zero oil pressure from extremely dirty oil. Even if you consider yourself on the 3.000 mile OC schedule, you have 10,000 miles on your oil. Even if you have synthetic, that is too long for an OCI. If you use conventional dino oil, it is outrageous.

So when did you last check your oil level?

7000 over? Holy cow ...... is there any oil left in it? Like the TV commercial says .... Oil is the "life blood" of your engine. 7000 over would be like eating Mc Donalds burgers every meal for a year to your body. Every 3000 is a must for performance machines like our MDS Magnums.

Well the oil is changed and the dealership does not know what may have caused all the lights to come on and it hasn't done it again since the 1st time.

I'm having a similiar situation with my car...very intermittent..but was able to get a code...UA110..while driving at night headlights go off, dash lights go off and all the warning lights come on and the odo, rpm and speed needles drop to 0. Took it to the dealer but they couldn't find any thing wrong. And of course it hasn't happened again since then. They want me to bring it in next it's happening.
