    6.1 header on 5.7 question w/o cats

    i am currently running catless right now on my 5.7..i am gonna install the 6.1 headers..now my question is do i need the 6.1 cats to do the install or can i just shorten the pipe that replaced the cats and reuse the 5.7 flange..?

    I have the stock midpipes/cats at a friend's house if you end up needing them.

    You can do just that,,, BUT the 5.7 flange Won't bolt up to the 6,1 headers, I had to kotch 5.7 flange.

    Probably easier to just use 6.1 mids?

    what about the egr thing...do i really need or can i disable with the predator?

    reliable sources say I can just disable the EGR with the Predator, and be done with it.

    i have srt manifolds but i think i have the jeep ones. Doesnt match to the charger srt midpipe that i have. What could i do to get this to work?
