Zoomers exhaust installed/computer reset?

Just had my zoomers installed on my 300c yesterday. All I can say is....awesome!!! Was a little concerned when I reset my mpg and it went from 15.5 to 11 but over the course of 20 min. it returned. Noise with the MDS is mild, just down shift.

A friend of mine told me that when you put on a new exhaust you must reset the computer to have it recognize the exhaust and to get the benefit of it. Is this true? If so, can someone respond to this by explaining what I need to do.

IIRC, CoolVanilla found little or no change after PCM reset following intake/exhaust mods. check out the GIFO threads.
