Generally Sherwood is considered the best manufacturer.
On my last Magnum I had purchased the genuine carbon fiber setup and loved it. I am deciding between real wood and real carbon fiber again on my SRT8. I bought mine from HERE Good prices, great service, and like many others they will send you out samples before you buy to make sure you are getting what you want.

I used a burled Honduras mahogany kit on my Ram from New York City Dashes. Very happy with the fit and quality. Personally wood doesn't seem to fit the image of the Magnum, but it looks right on in the 300's. Big Bob's 300 looked incredible. PM him, I forgot the name of the company that he used , but it looked killer!

i got the titanium burlwood for my mag from http://www.wooddashexperts.com and am very happy with the product. The titanium burlwood brought a nice subtle bling to the interior. I love it
