It sounds like there is a restriction in washer fluid line. I would try and blow the lines out with compressed air where the line connects to the pump.

look for leaks......have someone press the sprayer while you are under the hood...

sounds like maybe a line froze and split on ya this winter..

Yup trace the hoses back and remove from connectors or Y's, and test for flow, be careful if using compressed air, you might wear something, light pressure and try blowing from the nozzles back, maybe grit? Dirt

not frozen, i juss bought the car last week and its not that cold here. I think the cars just a lemon. I've had a couple problems with it already.

I have a feeling the line may be disconnected where it plugs into the bumper for the headlights? reason being when i changed my grill i had the bumper layin on a piece of foam and it was all wet with washer fluid after i was done.....not sure if it leaked out of the bumper nozzle or the line got dissconnected...... i guess im going to have to take the bumper back off and have a look....stupid me! should have done it b4

Might be lame but I've found wax packed in the spray holes causing this. Poke the nozzles out with thin, stiff wire for the fix. A small gauge guitar string is perfect.
