srt300 some wheels are darker then others?

is it just me or does the srt8 300 come with a dark tint to some of the wheels or would that of been done after? i saw one the other day and i thought it might of been brake dust but it was even on the front and rear. now that i look some up on cars.com i saw one that had a tint to the wheels.

i think some are powdercoated in a silverish color, at least inside the spokes,
and some are polished
the rest are probably dusty
