Thumbs up Should I do it? (go from 6 to 8 cylinders)

There is a gray 2006 SRT8 for sale with all options and 16,000 miles for $26,000. Should I trade in my car? I think my payments would be about $100 more a month, and yes I can afford it. What kind of gas mileage would I be getting compared to my car? Right now I get about 20city/24highway What do yall think?

You'd probably get around 14/21-22 with the SRT8. Don't have one so can't tell from personal experience. Well if you can afford it, go for it. But don't forget the length of the loan... $100 per month for how many more months?

remember resale value as well... yes you can get into it now but can you get anything back from it later... if you are just going to be giving some 100$ more a month to get less than a V6 in trade in value 3-4 years down the road is it worth it?

Putney....GO BIG OR GO HOME.....and after all...YOU ARE HUGE.

Your gas mileage will be worse...but your SMILEAGE will be off the chart. I'm not a good person to talk to about mileage b/c I don't have to drive my car to work every day. I get about 13 city and 18 highway.

I have a Mag RT and love it to death but everytime I see an SRT8 have a little bit of envy. Get the SRT, you will have no regrets.
All wheel drive, 420hp, pure American attitude. Would not have it any other way.

You only live once, and its too short for regrets..

What I recomend is picking up one of the many SRT's floating around on this site for the same price. 26-27k

resale value? You can't put a price on bliss. If you could, it would be more than $100 per month, without a doubt.
