    Remote Will Not Unlock Door

I got my car back from the body shop today. They replaced my cradle and steering.

Now the doors will lock with the remote, but will not unlock. I replaced the battery in the FOB but it still will not unlock the door.

I guess they disconnected the battery cause the time is wrong. I looked in the manual but I don't see anything particular to my problem.

Do I need to reprogram? I only have one key.

can you unlock the doors using the power lock switch? if they unlock using the switch, i would suspect a defective FOBIK.

the CCN/cluster works the power lock motors based on inputs from the switches or from a bussed input from the WIN (wireless ignition node). since you can lock them with the remote, we know that A) the FOBIK is transmitting, B) the WIN is recieving, C) the WIN is broadcasting the request and D) the CCN/cluster is recieving and processing the request.
only thing left is a defective FOBIK button.

See post #4. This sounds Just like the reason there is a recall on the keys.

H30 recall does not address this issue.

    from recall notice:

The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitters on about 169,800 of the above
vehicles may exhibit poor retention to the valet key and could inadvertently
    separate from each other.
