oh shyt bars in abck broken

had the car for almost a month and had no one in back till yesterday when my friend notice both the handle bars in back on the headliner were busted the screws looked like they were drilled in so much they cracked the plastic the only thing holdin in the one on the passenger side was the wiring harness for the light the driver side had one screw holding it in im pissed gotta go back to the freakin dealer!!!!

Like you, I was never in the back seat until I was cleaning the glass yesterday. Then I noticed that one of the grab handles was all scratched, not only in one place but on both sides. I called the dealer upon noticing this and had them ORDER a new handle. Since I bought my car in May, I expected a fight FROM the dealer telling me that I must have done the damage. I was surprised when they offered to ORDER the replacement without any problem.

It's a shame, but we should all really peruse the entire vehicle, inside and out looking for these shortcomings.
