I received my VON today for my base 300 from the dealer!

Hello Gang!

Just a quick update! I talked to my sales consultant at the dealership tonight and he had a VON for me this evening. I know this # can be used for tracking purposes during production as well as shipping. I was wondering, what step would my car be in right now. DCX Customer Service says that production hasn't started yet on my car but I was wondering, once a VON is issued. when do you see some action on producing the car. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Be prepared for a long wait. You need a VIN not a Von. All they will tell you at this point is that your car was ordered and as things have been going the past while, don't hold your breathe.
