Dual Exhaust on 3.5L

Is this possible? Does the rear bumper need to be changed or are there kits that will work? This is for a friend of mine who wants a set of Magnaflows. Thanks for the help

Yes sir it is possible,there is a mopar bezel kit that will have the necessary instructions on how to cut the bumper out for the second opening(and first assuming that all 300 have a downward exhaust tip)...

Before I picked up an 07’ 300C I had an 05’ 300 Touring that I put dual exhaust on. I put on a Magnaflow setup however the exhaust drone was really loud so I had a shop put in a pipe to cross the two exhaust pipes to help bring the drone down. Basically I made an H-pipe setup. I did have the tips turned slightly down and because the 3.5L doesn’t have a stock exhaust hump/hole for single exhuast anyway you don’t have to worry about cutting a second hole in your bumper…...at least the bumper was flush on an 05’.

I read a post here about 3.5 and dual does not buy any performance gains, it's a sound/like thing only. Don't know how true it is.

you can do 2 things, the place where your doing it have them cut another one into your bumper or, what i did was when i did dual exhaust for my 3.5 magnum i just bought an srt8 rear bumper had it painted silver steel metallic and it fit perfectly with dual cutouts. never had a problem. you may wanna check craigslist you can find it really cheap. my buddy gave me his(black one) for free because he was doing a custom kit on his srt8.

I used the Mopar duel set up which comes with the pattern to cut out the left side. Simple to do. It's the mag SXT on the left.
