Dealer installed Sirus with factory nav system. But no Audio

I picked up my 300C today with 9 miles on it, It came with every thing but U connect and Siruis. The dealer installed the Siruis. The preveiw channel would not even play when I picked it up. the service guy said thiswas because I had not registered with Sirius.{BS}.... Any way being a person to overlook ignorance. I drove away and called by cell phone to activacte Sirius. That went well, downloaded all channels and they are being received. but no audio... all other audio works.. Any Ideas ? Please hurry with a response as the installer has been accepted by NASA as a programmer.

I know you must be able to tune in and hear channel 184. If you can't due this then it is hooked up wrong. My first problem was a bad antenna connection. I was not getting 184 the free pre-view channel. The Sirius people sent many signals, but nothing. I even had it say updating, but nothing. Can you tune to channel 8 and see the artist and title? If you can do that, then I'm not sure. Then it would seem to be that the wire harness between the sat receiver and the tuner is not talking.

Yes it shows song title and artist name and all that changes when a new song begins. They must have not connected something. Thanks for the reply
