Dont have 4 inch tips. Mine are 3 1/2. I used a Dremel tool and finish by hand with a piece of sand paper wrapped around a piece of PVC pipe.

Here you are on my 07.
I originally purchased the 10db, resonator delete kit, but found it resonated way to much at 2500 rpm in the interior, and was too loud for my taste. Installed the 5db Daytona kit which has small resonators and worked out great. Been installed for about 2 years now and standing up very well to daily use.

You will note, that I have the Charger SRT8 diffuser but prior to that I used the exhause cutout trim available as a Mopar Part.

Either way, I found using a set of tin snips cuts the rear bumper fascia like butter.

Ask Bob about the Mopar exhaust cutout inserts. He charges approximately $10.00 each and they work nicely.

    Hope it helps.
