i guess we need more insight as to what is messing up..

is it not sliding back on exit?

does the memory not return when you hit the button?

does the memory not return when you unlock the door?

if it is not sliding back, recalibrate it:

slide it all the way forward, then all the way back, then all the way forward again..

if the memory button doesn't work, might be a bad module or a broken wire

if the memory from the key doesn't work, reprogram the key (see your owners manual)

also remember, it will not slide back if the seat is forward LESS than 2 inches from completely back..

that is if the seat is all the way back, and doesn't have 2 inches of moving room for the slide back to exit feature, it won't slide back..

    make sense?

    did you recalibrate it?

seat doesn't have to be all the way back, but if it is less than 2 inches from the full back position the slide back won't function..

try running it all the way forward with motor running, then remove the key and open the door see if it works

AFTER you recalibrate the setting per above.
