    Hey, Cpl, going local here. Where were you exactly at? I have the same situation alot at the corner of 123 (Ox Road) and Burke Centre Pkwy. It's 2 lanes going downhill with a left turn and the right lane only gets to turn right on red at the bottom of the hill onto FFX Pkwy. It's fun when I see these bozos on my left do the same thing at the light. Halfway through the intersection to get ahead of me. Never has happened, though!
