3.5L Dual Exhaust Conversion, or Zoomers

Besides buying the blastin bobs kit do i just need the rear bumber cover to have duals. Would I be better off just getting Zoomers single? Its my girls car and I just want to spice it up a little. Exhaust and intake to start.

Dodge makes a cutout piece that has a template to help with the bumper.... you tape on the paper template... cut out where directed and the give you a piece to fit the opening... not bad on looks either. I have a picture and sound clip... mine was custom

    picture of piece

Yes you can buy the cutouts but you don't really have to have them. What I did was cut a piece of cardboard that would fit over the stock hole on the right and cut it to fit into the indentation that went across and down. Then marked the cutout from the underside. Cut out the what I had marked for the cutout the flipped it over and put it on the left side. You now have the pattern for the left cutout. mark the facia and cut.

FWIW, you're going to kick yourself in the nads repeatedly (or your girl will) if you don't run resonators on a dual setup. This comes from experience. I did the exhaust on my Magnum 4 times before I got it right. Still even after doing it that many times, buying the R/T resonators and tips, and paying for installs it was under $450 for all of my experimentation.

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?
