07 300 Touring rear brakes bad at 33k?

    Hey everyone!

I've been lurking for a few days checkin the place out - great site!

I have a question - I have an 07 300 touring ( v6) and at 33k the one rear brake is noticably warmer then the other - almost like the caliper is hanging up. I jack the car up hot or cold and it is not harder to turn. however the infared temp meter shows around 260 degrees F compared to the other side is at 180 degrees F....

Any ideas before I just replace both rear calipers?

    Thanks
    Dave

    update :

dealer replaced the rear caliper - and I still have the same problem - the pass rear wheeel is about 100 degrees hotter then the pass - I took it back again - I Took an in/ lb torque wrench to both real wheels - they require the same inch pounds to turn, cold... so I am assuming this is electronic? or hydraulic type of problem?

    anyone ever run into this?
    thanks
