    Relay control board for the BT switch Plate....NEW!



    This is my latest creation, it was designed out of a need to have a high current output ability from the Very Nice Billet Technology switch plate. This makes interfacing to the switch board very easy; 40amp main fuse for 1 power feed and outputs at 7.5amps for 7 controls.
    The board can have a master switch or can be switched on from the Ignition control wire, ie. Cig. Lighter.
    You can have a master switch and have it switched from the ignition tap. Each relay can handle 16a surge at over 20,000,000 operations or 18,000 per hr., 12a continuous.
    The board is 4x8 inches all self contained.
    The board has blown fuse indications by led's. Also there are led outputs to drive leds in the switches, these can have any resistor required for the led's or jumped for 12v led switches. The led outputs are driven from the relay as a secondary indication of a blown fuse if the board is hidden.
    The board can be mounted behind the glove box or below the switch plate. I will have very nice switches available also, in Latched and momemtary.
    The Relays are very small units 15.5 tall x 12.5 wide x 29 long this is in mm

    This is the switches bottom of the page 16mm round, as you can see they are very nice and have either dot or ring LED in Amber, Red, Blue, and Green.

    This is very new and is being built now.

    This is a very clean, way to do this, all fused circuits, and relays. There is connectors that can accept up to a #14 wire on the outputs, this will drive 10amp loads no problem. The input power connector can handle upto a #4 wire. I will be offering assembly of the switch panels also, this is the soldering of the switches with pigtails to the board. This will be priced on a per job basis. Remember no more burned switches.

    Thanks guys I am placing the board order today!
    The board is a little larger than I wanted but I had to have the room for the ground return to handle the current.
    This will be a 2oz copper board with the main feeder trace width at 25 mm to handle the current. This is a 2 sided board it will have 1/4 inch stand offs with 6-32 screws to mount it. When you look at the board the red area has the same in green below this the 2 sides. REd on the top and green on the bottom.

    Ok Im to dumb to understand how this would make my lifer easier should I ever get a BT switch board.
    Where does it go, hook up, any good pics. Intsallation for idiots, can any switch or run halos, led strips etc. And where does it end up after install

    Maybe some hand drawn pix with arrows and lines. Maybe some 1/5 naked girls narratting.
    I know will be get the BT eventually just don't know what will be in it.
