Here we have the now famous Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) cover. This isn't your typical back yard, sheet metal fab job. 100% CNC baby! This really turned out nice. Now it's somthing that everyone with an '05, '06 or '07 LX can own. It is attached to the Right side (or driver's side) of the fuse box with 2 small screws. I'm going to stick with the original $60 price as long as I can. But moving to a standard flat rate shipping charge of $20. You Canada types may have to pay a little more.
This is one of the prototypes, I just threw some paint on it so It would be easier to see:

I usually need 2-3 days for fabrication and processing on this part.
Next is a fuse box cover. Really, the two pieces are meant to go together for maximum effect. NOT required, just suggested.

Here's Mine:
I usually need 3-5 days for fabrication and processing for this part.
If you're feeling froggy...or you've got "people", I'll ship you one all formed up.....not welded for $55
welded, blended and primed goes for $85. Standard flat rate shipping of $20 applies here too. Again, our friends from Canada may be charged more.
I can make you a deal on the set. Both pieces seperately are $180 shipped. If you buy both at once, I can do $160 shipped.

After a few prototypes, it's ready. This is just some Gloss Black I threw on there. Much better pics. The way it cleans up that nasty corner is just super.

What thickness ABS are you using? Any worries from engine heat doing any warping?
Looks great by the way. I have some ABS laying around the garage. May give it a try myself.

Anti-Lock Braking system -- cover -- made from 18ga miled steal. And no, it won't warp.
What a moron I am. I am thinking ABS plastic. Guess the steel will be just fine. Nice work.
How about covering up that way nasty engine! Just razzin' ya, looks good.
Puts a very nice touch to the engine bay

Nice, I like this better than the chrome ones. If you create one that'll work for a 300C let me know! Awesome mod!
