    Need your 6.1 intake machined for a 90mm?

    $250 to have your 6.1 intake machined back(removing the o-ring lip) for an Arrington 90mm and portmatched to the TB.This is also an absolute MUST if you are getting a CTP Dual CAI in order to have it fit correctly.PM me for details or E-mail BFNY@Charter.net.

    I am asking as a potential customer... I have one sitting in a box I just haven't done anything with it in months... thinking I want to see what the car can do with the stock one and then put the 90MM I have on it.

    It's the actual machine work that's the bulk of the cost.Takes a decent amount of time to set the manifold up square and have it finished like this.....the porting is done by me after the manifold is machined back.And to be clear all I port is the TB opening....then depending on how far back the manifold is machined the bolt holes need to be drilled and tapped as well for proper thread engagement.

    Ok, you sold me... my intake is already ported and polished so no worries there... let me find a box and a time frame to get it to you and we will get it worked out...

    Bump........I know a bunch of you guys have 90mm Throttle Bodys....I hope you didn't bolt it to an 80mm opening.......pics added to first post.
