Buyer beware!!!! Gs motorsports....

Don't send this company any money....

On or about the second week of DEC-08. I placed an order to dan at gs motorsports for a srt 8 jeep supercharger kit... They told me that it would take less than a week to get it out so we rushed a wire transfer ($7000) over to them and also paid extra for 2 day shipping..... Well after many calls and all kinds of lies for the staff at gs motorsports we have request that they refund the money that we wired.

As of today 1-27-09 a month and a half after we had sent them there money for these so-called kit, gs motorsports has not refunded the money or sent the kit.... The owner and staff never have returned a call or even tried to explain why they haven't sent the kit or the money ... Last week after many hounding calls they said that they were wiring the money back but no such thing....

Please be very careful with this company ... I did my research before and found nothing bad about this company but i can tell you now..don't purchase anything from them ..... You may not get it!!!!!! If you do have too, do it thru a credit card that you can dispute if they do come thru like they did to me....

I will keep posting warning any potential customers about this company

Since this post was blocked to new posts I posted it again. I am so upset that after so many problem with this company the site owner has not blocked them. I know I am not a paid member! But the point is that there have been many complaints about this company and where there is smoke there is fire. I have had it and I will no longer come to this site. People come to LX forums because it is the best site for our cars! But if this site lets Sponsored Vender's take advantage of us then I cant be a apart of this any longer! I will not come here anymore and I advise you all to do the same. New guys come here see sponsor vendor and feel they are safe company to use! And as you all know the Spenser vendor area is controlled by who! The sponsored vendor who can delete post so you never get to see negative info! So even the good the bad area is great it mean nothing as the new guy checked the vendor area! I am tired of seeing people taken advantage by this company! And from my reading this is the only company with very strong problems!!!.

Some may say that me being gone is not big lost! But the bottom line is this! If you dint stand for something you fall of everything!

Holy smokes....Jeff (Blown7) and I talked about the I-Charger likelihood of being a scam back in January.
Smoke & mirrors and taking deposits for a product nowhere near production....
Believe the word is FRAUD (deception made for personal gain).

Tell them that i did not know the ICharger was the sham it has turned into. That is the reason I wanted out. The first 50k I put into the "Engine Division" seemed to be working until I noticed none of the money was being redeposited back into the account. Rather after each sale Scott and his dad were paying "other" bills.

When the ICharger tooling model were sent, I was excited because i thought the "program" was real. Andrew Mueller was supposed to deliver two working prototypes a few weeks later. Well nothing happened.....and more weeks went by. Then it was announced he was coming with two prototypes. The bastard shows up with one set of rotors. I'm shocked after the sales pitch and I invest another 80k. I told Scott it was unethical to accept ANY money now until the working prototype is ready. He promised me that GS would take no money. Well that did not happen, he and Andrew continued to take money.

One day I blew up at both of them. I told them this was bull$hit and where was the unit or units. The first one took 8 weeks to make, I told them how did they figure to deliver the first week of May???

As time went on I demanded my money back on March 10, 11 and 12......all in writing! They have refused to give it to me and after consulting a judge/attorney I have been informed that the Subscription for Stock was not in line with California or Federal Trade regulations.

I regret ever lending my name and money to these thieving bastards.

Whats up with the red beans/banned with Claude? I thought this was a forum for information about our cars and the products we purchase from all the vendors here. He was only trying to get the message out before another LXF member falls victim to another bad deal. Let the guy speak his mind! I'm sure most of us have to work very hard to save every penny to get most of our mods done to our cars without sponsorships. So come on guys give the guy a break or this forum is going to start going down hill........

Thank You Claude for standing up us, alsoThis forum should do everything in its power to get the true info out to the users..... if there would have been complaint posted i would have not purchased anything from these people .... i check thru this site as well as other and found notthing..... but now i see why... just because they sponsor on this forum they get to delete and post as they please..... well understand one thing, if this site know about GS Motorsports and what they are doing, then this site/forum is also liable as well as GSM ...

We gave GSM a last chance to refund our money today..... We sent them via email a Formal demand leter and instructed our lawyers to file suit in the morning....

We may have lost our $7000. but thrust me they will loose a lot more by the time our lawyer get done with them.... we are also filing a complaint with the Califonia BBB.
