Stage III TB has a heavy duty battery cable, three grounds for the heads, alternator cable and throttle body cable, Stainless Steel hardware and tube of dielectric grease.

Stage IV TB has all the above plus transmission ground cable.

I have the Speedlogix upgraded ground kit for battery terminal an tranny but I heard tranny is a pain in the ass to do. How hard is it to do the grounds on the items in that kit ?

The tranny ground of our kit terminates on the tranny stock ground point and on the strut tower ground lug. I imagine Speedlogix does the same. We provide written instructions with photos with our kits to help locate the ground points. PM you email address and I'll send you our instructions. Next time think Dynamic Grounding. LOL
