I'm not trying to be an Ass*ole or do this in public or anything but you have not responded to my PM's or Emails and you seem to post in this thread so hopefully this gets your attention regarding the warranty issues with my Halos for the Fogs, I tried the parts you have sent and they did not work, I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can I get more details on the plasmas please? Friend of mine on another forum sent me here because he posted a picture of the plasma halos and said there would be a group buy if there were enough people.

What are they, what's the options, and what's the price?
