    Custom Magnum Halos-Update: Installed Pics

    Hey all, been a busy,busy,busy day....

    Started with these




    All apart and primed




    Painted Silver


    And Cleared, had some silver flake kicking around so Added it to the mix, can't really tell in pics, but It's there.



    Let em sit for a few hours and brought em back in where I did the halo Install.




    Almost back together, just a test before the Lens goes back on.








    I'll post some updates as I get er' done!

    Wasn't going to finish them tonight because it was getting late, but toughed it out and sealed em up.

    Are the halo's red or are they orange? I am not sure but is red in the front, not againest the law in Ontario.

    looks good chase. need pics of them on the car though.
    yeah, red is illegal. and so is blue, purple, green. if you drive around with them on. just wire them on a switch and have them on at shows, etc.
    actually, come to think of it, i think they all are as you are not allowed to modify your headlights in any way. just some colours will bring more attention than others.

    They are Red, Red halos ALWAYS look orange in pics...They are illegal, but I am not to worried...have em wired to a switch so it's all good. Only legal colours are White and Amber in Canada.

    Exactly the way i want mine done,wired to an independent switch. Had no intensions of driving with them on either...look sweet..

    I have driven with them on, haven't been hasseled...You can ALWAYS pull the stupid card...you cant get charged for something if you didn't know it was illegal Besides 90% of friends and family are police...if only I could get on

    I drove with blue halos on all the time this summer. I never drive on major roads with em though, or highways obviously. I don't want to distract anyone. But I've driven all over town, multiple times by police, and never ever been hassled.

    As long as you have them on a switch, if you get hassled just play stupid and say you have them on a switch and won't use em again except at shows.

    You usually do not have to worry about city cops, it is the highway guys that have the hardons for stuff like that. But having on a swtich will save you some heartache! Can't wait to get my red triple and fog halos!!

    Man they look good, but why do you have to waste a perfectly good set of black headlights. LOL I bet you could have swaped with someone for a brand new set of chrome ones. LOL
