Call this wrecking yard at 1-800-627-2100. They have one for like $125. You will need to get B&G to modify the VIN number.

I don't think a starscan can reset a VIN identified PCM. It can set a new pcm only from what I understand.

That is interesting can anyone verify this that a star scan cannot be used to change a vin number on a pcm...

    not true..

you can set any PCM... I have 3 for my car, all Cleveland Pick a Part bought and I set them all with my star scan..

mated my VIN and WCM to them no issue..

did it for Intimidator as well when he put the 6.1L in his 2.7L car.. used the 6.1L PCM and we mated to his 2.7L WCM and keys..

not a big deal, the Change PCM option is in the WCM module options screen, but you have to have the PIN for your car to do it.

need to take your ownership papers to the dealer, and ID, they have to provide the PIN for you if you request it.

maybe not now, they did 2 years ago..

I got one because Superchips didn't work with my original PCM, then I got one so I could swap out for dealer trips without dealing with reseting the Diablo.

last one I got was supposed to be for a 2006 so I could use a 2006 plus SRT cluster, as the hardware changed in 2006 (from my early build 2005) and 2006 plus SRT clusters (with 0-60 timers) don't work in 2005 cars..

only the one I got wasn't from a 2006 build 2006 car.. it was from a 2005 build, so it still doesn't work.. So like you I am looking for a 2006 5.7L PCM as well

    according to www.moparpartz.com

4896568AJ was replaced with 4606839AD (latest build) and is $294 on their site..

drawback is that it is a new PCM, so has no codeblock built to it, so you need a starscan, your VIN and PIN to build it, then you have to resend the Vehicle Config to it from dealerconnect or techauthority I believe, so the PCM has to be in the car, and the star scan connected to the internet..
