The move to LXForums.com

Tonight (Friday, April 15) we will be moving to our final permament home at LXForums.com

As we have been saying for the past month or so, the move would be happening pretty soon and now it's finally here! Being under the name "LXForums.com" will better show that we are not just a website for the Magnum, but welcome all LX vehicles into our happy little home.

Sooooooooo........are we going to be down for a few days again? Nope. As a matter of fact, we should only be down for a few hours. I plan on taking this forum offline at around 10pm EST on Friday. We should be back up and running by Midnight or 1am. Since most of you have lives, you never even know the site was down!

PLEASE NOTE: Aside from the domain name change....NOTHING else is changing. The forum and software and logins, etc...we all remian the same.

So again, we will be moving to LXForums.com tonight night at 10pm EST and should only be down for a few hours.

So make plans to rent a movie tomorrow night....I recommend "Bullitt" or anything with Kate Beckinsale.

I clicked on the new lxforums.com this morning. Assuming that the banner there is for the home page, it seems to me that we Magnums have suddenly taken a back seat to the 300 and Charger...

Yes, we decided that Magnums aren't cool anymore and we need to keep up with the current trends. Therefore, we are thinking of getting rid of Magnum sections altogether.

Actually, that is a placeholder banner. We have a graphics guy working on a "true" banner and it just is not ready yet. I created the one you see over there in about 10 minutes with some head-on pictures I had lying around. The only reason the Charger is in front is because the angle of the picture I had of the Charger was different then the other two cars and it looked mighty dumb placed anywhere else.

No need to worry.
