I have the second one on a Fifth gen Charger 06-10. I love it. I have driven it through inclement weather, not m know but some heavy rainstorms in the NW. Granted the engine get wet, but look at your engine after a driving in the rain, it gets wet too lol! maybe wetter. Also as far as theft, um if they want under the hood the just punch through the front grill on the car. I don't worry about someone stealing my catch can through my hood! it has Grip messed in all the opening, I love it, and its by far fits the car well for a serious build. A V6 with stickers FAIL!... over 500 H.P., or an all aluminum 7.0! 115.jpg

How does this effect the windshield washer fluid shooters? My Superbee came with the R/T hood and the fluid shooters sit right in it.

Also, seeing that Sniper hood one the car changes my mind completely.. CF Sniper may be rocked on a Yellow Bee, soon...

^^Most of the time the hood will come with a relocation kit that you can just attach to the wipers like on many GM's have. I for one do not ever use them, and had them removed from my Tundra RamAir Hood. Never onced missed them.

I say that you go with color matched. Makes the car that much cleaner looking. Just my .02 worth.

I have to say, your car in silver with the mods you have reminds me of a surgical device for administering whoop-ass, everytime I see it.

I've been considering the BMC fiberglass ram air hood. Looks similar to the second one you posted, but no Carbon Fiber.

^^I keep looking at that, but those scoops do not sit high enough for me. The trufiber comes in fiberglass now for $899..It also comes in CF too which is on BigdaddyOC's car earlier in this thread.

As I continue to ponder hood options....Thanks to Ddaddy for the chop of the AAR hood. He rocks it as always!
