...where the damn trees don't shed their leaves?
I spent a couple hours in the yard with my boys last night cleaning up leaves. When I woke up this morning, you would never know we picked up a single leaf![]()

Pacific Northwest. Fir trees, cedar trees. Moved here from NY. Own 10 acres of land. Don't even own a rake ! And.. no sidewalk to shovel. ... But, in the spring, I have to get on the riding mower twice a week !

South Carolina is out. Piles of multi colored leaves everwhere!
I planted 3 Live Oaks in my backyard 15 years ago - bought them at K-Mart for $13 apiece-- they are absolutely beautiful now (and, on paper, they're "evergreen"), but they too shed their leaves once a year (with new leaves right behind the old ones) and one right now is full of acorns, which are a PITA in our pool -- the pleasures of living in suburbia![]()

Buy a leaf blower. I don't have leaves, but my neighbors sure as hell do. That'll teach 'em to go to church on Sunday.![]()
