I was having this issue and through a lot of experimentation it has gone away. BCR has said it is most likely an issue with the lower mount bushing and are working on a fix as far as I know but by lengthening the shock a little and reducing the preload on the spring, the squeaking has gone away. Just figured I would share in case anyone else wants to try. I also ran into an issue where the factory torque specs for the lower shock mount wasn't enough. I was getting quite a bit of rattling which I had attributed to the shock being lengthened but after torquing that bolt down to 90-100 ft/lbs instead of the factory 53 it immediately went away.
Just a few things for people to give a shot, you might get lucky like I did.
Edit: Turned out to only be a temporary fix. Squeaking is back as of this morning.

Looks like torquing the bolts down nice and snug can get rid of the usual rattling.
The squeaking in freezing temps looks to be the type of bushing though, and BCR should be sending out new lower mounts ASAP.

Has this problem been resolved under warranty?
Yes they sent out new lower mounts to anyone that had issues that had the correct bushings in them. Their manufacturer has actually changed the bushing material without informing them on some of the early units but has since been fixed. Great set of coilovers for the price.
Yup, there is a bushing that works better in freezing temps. BC sends replacements for free.
