    Background:
LX AWD Shop, a subdivision of BFNB automotive restoration, is here to supply you with the needs of your high performance AWD LX. Many people here on the forums have been in need of custom pieces and parts to be created for the AWD LX vehicles. We first started off by making the transmission brace that will allow Longtubes to clear on the AWD Lx's. We are now in the development of many other parts and drivetrain components that will help our AWD crowd keep up with the rest of the LX crowd. We also plan on carrying many high performance parts. We are here to help, and i look forward to doing business and getting to meet all of you. Any question please feel free to contact me at any time.

Welcome tank8289. We need AWD support bad, and finally you step up to fill the gap. I think a lot of us already have a wish list to put on their AWD. Let me begin:

    1. Camber kit for those of us who have lowered it, but can get perfect alignment
    2. stronger transfer case and all shafts
    3. 6.1 engine swap offers

Hope I am not being too greedy.

    Anthony
Check out my front brakes, I am an AWD!!!!

Thanks Anthony for the great input, I'm glad you stepped up and told me what you guys are interested in. I will look into the camber kit, i'm also in dire need of it. Number 2 is greatly on it's way, i have the first level 1 tcase in a 426 vortech supercharged AWD. I just need to convince the guy that he needs to beef up his transmission also. The third one i'm not really sure what you mean, do you mean fitting the 426 into the AWD, by that you probably mean the oil pan and such getting it to fit with the front shafts going through it. Any more input is greatly apprecaited.

    Thanks
    Bill

yea but now you can bore it to a 440. i will talk to my buddy for you. he has a 440 right now. and is wanting to make it a awd. so you just might have a big project on your hands. when everything is done. it will have to withstand 1000 to the wheels. so i hope you can get the gears turning.
